What does sold at cost mean?

The price is what each piece costs us: Printify’s charge for making it, UK VAT, the card fee and the exchange rate on the day. Delivery is Printify’s own charge, passed on the same way. Nothing is added on top.

When will it arrive?

Each piece is made when you order it, which usually takes 2 to 7 working days, and is then posted. You get an email with tracking when it ships.

What if something is wrong with it?

If it arrives damaged, faulty or printed wrongly, email [email protected] with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You can also change your mind within 14 days of delivery. The Terms have the details.
