Do I need an account?

Not on iPhone. The app works fully on its own, with your facts kept on the phone. An account adds the web app at spacedrecall.app/app, syncing between devices, and friends and chat.

My reminders are not arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for Spaced Recall in your iPhone's Settings, then open the app once: reminders are rescheduled every time it opens. Reminder times are in Account, General.

Reporting or blocking someone

In a chat, tap the three dots at the top, or use the three dots beside their chat in the list, then Report or Block. Blocking stops them messaging you or sending you friend requests. Every report is read by a person within 24 hours, and accounts that break the Terms are closed.

Tips and the Rainbow badge

Tips are optional and unlock nothing: the app is free. To cancel a monthly Rainbow tip bought in the App Store, go to your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. If you started it on the web, open the Tip jar in the web app and choose Manage or cancel Rainbow.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Account, then Account, then Delete my account. It removes the account and everything in it straight away. On iPhone the facts stored on the phone itself stay there until you delete the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
